Day of Coordination – Booked 2
months or more in Advance
- Pre-Planning: One hour sit down with coordinator to go over details
of wedding including all contracted vendors and other volunteers providing
services (VPS). Coordinator will contact all vendors and VPS prior to wedding
to confirm what they will provide and time frames promised. Coordinator will
become the main contact for all vendors and VPS to relieve clients of these
responsibilities.
- Rehearsal: Coordinator will run the wedding rehearsal i.e. organize
the wedding party as to who goes where etc. Coordinator will go over 'Day Of'
Timeline so everyone involved is on the same page and also remind key players
of their specific responsibilities to ensure the bride and groom have the day
they want.
- Day Of: The goal of the coordinator will be to provide the
smoothest, most enjoyable experience for the client. Coordinator will strive to
ensure that the wedding timeline is followed by the wedding party, all vendors
and VPS. Coordinator will manage behind the scenes to make certain all key
players, vendors and VPS are following thru with their obligations.
Day of Coordination - (Booked 4 weeks or less in Advance)
- Same as listed above if allowable within limited timeframes and scheduling
changes.
Wedding Organizer - Organizer will assist with
any of the following:
- Organizing timeframes for when certain tasks need to be accomplished
- provide guidance on local vendors and contract reviews and negotiations,
and
- general direction and support to provide client with stress free and
pleasant planning.
